- 100 mg/ml in 5 ml single vials

- 500 mg (100 mg/ml) via IV
- Children
- 35 mg for each 10 lbs body weight (7.7 mg/kg) up to 500 mg max.
- 10 cc (two vials) of 10% solution in 8 ounces of orange or apple juice
- 25 mg/kg or 500 mg capsules
- 4ml of 25% Fluorescein Lite (25mg/kg) (Hub Parmaceuticals) mixed with 30 ml Orange Juice, followed by additional 30 ml of plain orange juice to clear the taste.
