==== Dosing for IIH ====
  * 0.4-0.6 mg/kg/day divided BID 

==== Monitoring ====
  * Measure at Baseline and ongoing: 
    * Serum BUN, Creatinine, Potassium
  * Other tests to consider
    * CO2, Sodium
    * CBC, Platelets
    * Liver function tests
      * alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT), serum bilirubin, prothrombin time (PT), the international normalized ratio (INR), total protein and albumin.
    * If diabetic measure blood/urine glucose 
    * Renal Ultrasound if suspected obstructive hydronephrosis
