====Characteristics====
  * **P**osterior fossa abnormalities, and other brain abnormalities
  * **H**emangiomas- usually large on the face, can be anywhere in on the face or neck
  * **A**rterial cerebrovascular anomalies
  * **C**ardiac defects, aortic coarctation and other abnormalities
  * **E**ye anomalies
  * **S**ternal defects or supraumbilical raphe

  * Retinal vascular abnormalities
  * Persistent fetal retinal vessels
  * "Morning-glory" disc.
  * Peripapillary staphyloma.

  * Sclerocornea
  * Iris hypoplasia
