====== Pre-septal Cellulitis ======

====Organisms====
    - S.aureus, streptococcus
    - Heemophilus influenzae in non-immunized children
    - Anerobes possible if result of human or animal bite 
    - Vesicular rash present- HSV/VZV

====Treatment====
  * PO Antibiotic
    * Amoxicillin/clavulanate 20-40 mg/kg/day divided TID
    * Cefaclor 20-40 mg/kg/day divided TID 
    * Penicillin allergy
      * Trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole 8-12 mg/kg/day & 40-60 mg/kg/day respectively, divided BID
