====== Retinoblastoma-Fresh Tumor Specimen ======
  * Use 25 gauge 5/8 inch needle on 5cc syringe.  
  * Pull back with some force, don't put air in the eye
  * Look for some tissue, if vitreous comes, eye may flatten
  * Can fill the eye with some saline and 30g if it flattens
  * Remove tenons over injection site to prevent trapping cells
  * Wash eye with saline after pulling out tissue
  * Ensure the tumor cells are in transport media- small white floaters
  * Place on Path specimen report that eye was punctured for cell culture
