====== Thygeson Superficial Punctate Keratitis ======

  * Photophobia, tearing, burning, foreign body sensation
  * Blurred vision 
  * Chronic and recurrent, usually bilateral but may be asymmetric
  * Small elevated oval corneal intraepithelial, white-gray opacities extend along entire corneal surface 
  * mild conjunctival injection but may be absent
  * mild mucoid discharge possible 
  * no association to systemic disease.

==== Etiology ====
  * Adenovirus, herpes simplex virus, and varicella zoster virus, have all been implicated but not proven
