Abnormally far near point of convergence with asthenopia during near work
Common accompanying signs:
- exophoria greater at near than distance
- decreased or absent fusional convergence
- normal divergence
- Low AC/A
- accommodative insufficiency
Uncommon accompanying signs:
- orthophoria
- esophoria at near
